At The Scent Drop, due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of our fragrance decants or samples.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the rare case of a fault or error on our part.

Please understand that fragrance preferences are highly subjective. We encourage customers to research a scent before purchasing, and we do our best to provide accurate descriptions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item(s) received

A description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund for the faulty item.

We are not affiliated with any fragrance brands. All products are hand-decanted from original designer bottles into unbranded sample-sized atomisers. Full product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the scent being decanted.
